Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Officer to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile money, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
Experience working as a mobile money agent, in a forex bureau, super markets, a jewelry shop or a customer-focus oriented business will be preferred.
This role combines sales, customer support, and financial operations, and requires someone who is comfortable using digital tools and engaging customers both in-person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Promote company products and services to drive sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Financial Transactions (Core Responsibility)
- Process mobile money transactions (cash-in, cash-out, transfers) accurately
- Handle payments, receipts, and basic reconciliation
- Maintain proper transaction records and ensure accountability
- Detect and report suspicious or fraudulent activities
Digital & Administrative Tasks
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
- Prepare basic reports (sales, transactions, customer activity)
- Maintain organized digital records
Virtual Communication
- Conduct and participate in virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom, etc.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members remotely
Social Media Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Support basic content posting and online engagement
- Represent the company professionally online
