Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, executive, and professional positions
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve team performance and capability
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI tools, and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring workflows
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and processes
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor market developments, and recruitment best practices
- Ensure timely delivery of recruitment assignments while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and AI recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Passion for talent acquisition and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences
