Job Summary

Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for technical, executive, and professional roles. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in talent acquisition by sourcing high-quality candidates, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and driving recruitment excellence through innovative hiring strategies and technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, executive, and professional positions
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve team performance and capability
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI tools, and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring workflows
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies and processes
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market developments, and recruitment best practices
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment assignments while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and AI recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Passion for talent acquisition and delivering excellent client and candidate experiences
