Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive I.T Technician to join our team in Accra on a full-time basis. You will support the organization’s technology infrastructure by maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of network operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to support users within a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor and support internet connectivity and network security operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
• Provide technical support to staff and assist with system-related concerns
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational IT procedures
• Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and technology improvements
• Monitor system performance and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role
• HND or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
