Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging digital content, manage social media platforms, and actively support sales through live selling and online engagement. You will represent the brand both on camera and across digital platforms, helping to grow audience engagement and convert followers into customers.


Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of content creation, social media management, and online sales engagement:

  • Content Creation: Plan, record, and produce engaging in-office photo and video content for social media platforms.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, and native Instagram/TikTok features.
  • Social Media Management: Manage all company social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and daily engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Create compelling captions, optimize hashtags, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Brand Representation: Present the brand professionally while maintaining a relatable, engaging, and authentic online presence.
  • Sales Engagement: Actively participate in TikTok Live and other social selling activities to promote and sell products.
  • Audience Growth: Support efforts to increase followers, engagement rates, and conversion from digital platforms.
  • Consistency & Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure consistent content output and alignment with marketing goals.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong and confident communication skills with clear expression.
  • Proficiency in smartphone photography and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Instagram/TikTok editing tools).
  • Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
  • Ability to manage full social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Strong caption writing and hashtag optimization skills.
  • Comfortable representing a brand on camera in a professional, engaging manner.
  • Willingness to participate in TikTok Live sales sessions.
  • Consistent, reliable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative team.

Qualification & Experience

  • Must be bold, expressive, and confident on camera with a strong “sales DNA.”
  • A diploma or degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in content creation or social media management is required (formal or informal experience accepted).
