We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Account Management Support professional to strengthen our commercial and operational coordination.

Position Summary

The Sales and Account Management Support professional will provide essential administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the Sales and Account Management teams. The successful candidate will ensure smooth contract preparation, accurate invoicing, effective reporting, and efficient back-office operations that support client delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Prepare and coordinate contracts in alignment with the Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support the invoicing process, including preparation and validation of timesheets to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Delivery Managers to support day-to-day operational activities.
  • Monitor, consolidate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across projects and accounts.
  • Support regular performance reporting and stakeholder communication activities.
  • Assist in risk tracking, documentation, and follow-up on mitigation measures.
  • Provide support for Sales back-office operations and outreach activities in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for client pitches, proposals, and internal updates.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and coordination of internal business processes and administrative workflows.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B sales support, account management, or executive assistance, preferably within the IT sector or IT project environments.
  • Prior experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and project management tools (e.g., Confluence) will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
