We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects while ensuring compliance with quality, budget, safety, and timeline requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and development projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved scope and budget.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, updates, and performance metrics to management.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals effectively.
  • Oversee procurement coordination and ensure timely availability of project resources and materials.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across projects.

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management principles.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
