Position Summary
RentDeCam is seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s daily operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, customer satisfaction, and the smooth execution of business activities across departments and projects.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination across departments, teams, and projects.
- Manage schedules, bookings, logistics, and operational timelines.
- Supervise operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Support the planning and execution of business growth and operational development strategies.
- Monitor staff performance and promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork within the organization.
- Assist with social media coordination and brand-related operational activities when required.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management on workflow performance and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and operational policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, HND, Degree, or MPhil qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations management, administration, project coordination, or a related role will be an advantage.
- Experience managing teams, schedules, and customer relationships within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
