Position Summary

The Airbnb Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of short-stay and Airbnb properties to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth operational delivery.

The successful candidate will coordinate bookings, supervise service teams, manage property readiness, and maintain high hospitality standards across all units.

This role requires strong organizational ability, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on operational management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Airbnb and short-stay properties to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a high level of professionalism.
• Supervise cleaners, maintenance staff, and external service providers to ensure service quality.
• Ensure all apartments are clean, well-maintained, fully furnished, and guest-ready at all times.
• Monitor and coordinate property maintenance needs, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Manage property inventory, including monitoring and restocking of supplies.
• Update and manage online booking platforms and property listings where required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and ensure excellent guest experience standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support management with administrative and performance updates.

Requirements

• Must be between 23 and 35 years of age.
• Must possess a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb management, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Must reside around Manet, Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua.
