The successful candidate will manage HR processes, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and support efficient administrative operations within a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to support business efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Ghana’s Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and internal HR policies.
- Support payroll preparation and employee welfare administration.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and staff engagement activities.
- Handle office administration tasks, including correspondence, filing, and logistics support.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate with operational sites when required to support HR activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR best practices across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Ghana’s Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and willingness to travel occasionally to operational sites.
