Job Summary

Marriott International seeks a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to management. The successful candidate will ensure efficient office coordination, manage communications, and support executive-level functions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and determine the purpose of their visit, directing or escorting them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming correspondence by opening, reading, and preparing responses to routine letters.
  • Locate and attach relevant files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Take, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Create and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for records, reports, and documents.
  • Transmit information and documents via email, mail, or fax as required.
  • Prepare professional letters, memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Enter and retrieve data from computer systems, ensuring records, files, and reservations are accurately updated.
  • Operate office equipment such as telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, calculators, and related tools.
  • Document and communicate guest requests, feedback, and complaints to appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or executive assistance is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
