Position Summary

Kharis Management Consult Limited is seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and overall financial management functions of the organization.

The successful candidate will ensure strong financial control, compliance with accounting standards, and effective resource management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
  • Manage preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance across projects and departments.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and risk management systems.
  • Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in consultancy, engineering, or project-based organizations will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
