Location: Tano South District, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and supervise sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s products and services through effective marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, branding activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve market presence and increase revenue generation.
  • Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the department.
