Job Description

A reputable law firm seeks an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the firm’s administrative, operational and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations, policies, workflow supervise support staff
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, billing, invoice and vendor payments
  • Human Resource Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and staff development
  • Client & Case Support: Maintain case files, client correspondence, scheduling and confidentiality
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain statutory documentation and manage risks
  • Technology Management: Oversee IT systems, legal software, cybersecurity and process integrations
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise between partners, associates and staff coordinate meetings and office communications
  • Strategic & Operational Planning: Support business development, policy formulation and operational reviews
  • Facilities & Logistics: Manage office facilities, utilities, repairs and event logistics
  • Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain the highest standards of ethics and protect sensitive firm information

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Proven experience in office/administrative management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Financial, HR and operational management expertise
  • High integrity professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
