Job Description
A reputable law firm seeks an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the firm’s administrative, operational and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations, policies, workflow supervise support staff
- Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, billing, invoice and vendor payments
- Human Resource Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations and staff development
- Client & Case Support: Maintain case files, client correspondence, scheduling and confidentiality
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain statutory documentation and manage risks
- Technology Management: Oversee IT systems, legal software, cybersecurity and process integrations
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise between partners, associates and staff coordinate meetings and office communications
- Strategic & Operational Planning: Support business development, policy formulation and operational reviews
- Facilities & Logistics: Manage office facilities, utilities, repairs and event logistics
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain the highest standards of ethics and protect sensitive firm information
Qualification Required & Experience
- Proven experience in office/administrative management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Financial, HR and operational management expertise
- High integrity professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
