We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment that supports the smooth operation of our business.

Position Summary

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring that company facilities remain clean, functional, and welcoming at all times. You will support the upkeep of the premises, assist with routine maintenance tasks, and contribute to creating a positive environment for customers, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned facilities and surrounding areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Report repairs, damages, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure that workspaces, common areas, and customer-facing areas remain clean and presentable.
• Support basic facility maintenance and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
• Monitor supplies and request replenishment of cleaning and maintenance materials as needed.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and organizing areas for operational activities when required.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and support day-to-day operational needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high facility standards.

Educational Requirements

• A minimum of basic education is preferred.
• Relevant experience in facility maintenance, housekeeping, or caretaking will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of facility care and maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
