Job Description

We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist with a strong background in Hospitality Management. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and visitor logs.
• Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating office activities and customer service duties.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and good grooming.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in Hospitality Management (mandatory).
• Experience in front desk or hospitality roles is an added advantage.
• Must live in Abelemkpe or its immediate environs.
