Position Summary

The bakery is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service / Social Media Personnel to manage customer interactions and strengthen the company’s online presence. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, support order processing, and manage social media platforms to promote products and engage customers effectively.

The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Manage daily customer orders and ensure accurate processing and follow-up.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Promote bakery products, offers, and brand updates online.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of SHS, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Good writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
