Position Summary
The Human Resources Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function by managing recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, promoting employee engagement, and assisting with workplace relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate qualified talent.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations initiatives and workplace engagement programs that foster a positive organizational culture.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues through effective communication, coordination, and mediation.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
