Position Summary

The Community Bank is seeking reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Drivers to support daily transportation needs across the organization.

The successful candidates will ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation of staff, documents, and banking-related materials while maintaining high standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation services for staff, documents, and official assignments.
• Ensure strict adherence to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational driving policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance needs or mechanical issues.
• Support the coordination of scheduled vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage logs.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, documents, and assigned vehicles.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy at all times when on duty.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) / WASSCE certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License (Class C).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar driving role.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving best practices.
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and highly responsible.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper care of assigned vehicles.
• Ability to promptly identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
