Role Summary

The Branch Manager will lead overall branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service delivery. The role requires strong leadership to achieve deposit mobilization targets, maintain a high-quality loan portfolio, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and oversee staff performance to achieve set targets
• Drive deposit mobilization, loan growth, and revenue generation initiatives
• Ensure strict compliance with Bank of Ghana regulations and internal policies
• Manage credit risk and maintain a high-quality loan portfolio
• Strengthen customer relationships and improve service delivery standards
• Prepare accurate operational, financial, and performance reports
• Implement effective internal controls and fraud prevention measures

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s Degree or professional certification (ACCA, ICAG, CIB) will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Prior experience in rural or community banking is highly preferred
