Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Accra. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate quality leads and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.

Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Search for relevant engineering, construction, mining, and infrastructure projects as well as tender opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and recommend strategic actions to management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Strengthen client loyalty through proactive engagement and relationship-building initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Promote and enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and visibility within the industry.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and networking activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and stakeholder meetings where required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to develop a thorough understanding of the company’s services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, presentations, tender submissions, and client solutions.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to support business planning and service improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, mining, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close business deals successfully.
  • Experience in tender sourcing, bid support, and business development activities will be an advantage.
