The successful candidate will drive end-to-end digital transformation using the Kingdee K3 ERP system, ensuring seamless integration between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Asset Management functions while maintaining compliance with both Ghanaian and international reporting standards.
This role requires strong technical capability, cross-cultural communication skills, and hands-on leadership in ERP implementation and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & System Optimization
- Lead the full-cycle implementation, customisation, and optimisation of the Kingdee K3 ERP system across Ghana operations
- Configure K3 to support dual-currency transactions with automated exchange rate reconciliation
- Ensure seamless integration between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Asset Management modules
- Serve as the primary liaison between Ghana operations and the HQ IT team in Beijing
Systems Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain API integrations between K3 and Chinese financial/payment platforms (including Alipay Corporate, WeChat Enterprise Pay, and cross-border settlement systems)
- Establish real-time data synchronisation between Ghana operations and HQ financial systems
- Build workflow approval engines aligned with organisational authorization structures to reduce manual interventions
Process Digitization & Compliance
- Transition paper-based workflows into fully digital, audit-ready processes using K3 document management tools
- Ensure compliance with PRC GAAP, Ghanaian tax regulations, and internal audit requirements
- Maintain an operational risk register covering currency controls, data sovereignty, and regulatory reporting obligations
Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards tracking key operational metrics such as ticket closure rates, reimbursement turnaround time, inventory turnover, and compliance deviation indices
- Conduct monthly system audits covering user access, approval integrity, and segregation of duties using ERP audit tools
Change Management & Training
- Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of ERP-driven workflows across Ghana operations
- Train local staff on Kingdee K3 system usage and digital process compliance
- Promote a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Technical Support & Collaboration
- Diagnose and resolve ERP system issues, coordinate patches, and support system upgrades
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams to deploy new modules aligned with group digital transformation strategies
- Support basic technical troubleshooting, including data queries and log analysis
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, finance, production, or ERP-related roles
- Strong understanding of Ghanaian labour laws, tax regulations, and supply chain compliance standards
- Proven experience in ERP training and user support
- Basic IT support skills (database queries, log analysis) will be an advantage
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for HQ coordination
- Strong business-level English communication skills for reporting and documentation
