Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective delivery of human resource operations across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Officer, you will:
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation activities to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of employee relations, welfare, engagement, and retention programs.
- Coordinate staff training, learning, and development activities to enhance employee capabilities and organizational performance.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management information to support decision-making.
- Assist with payroll administration, leave management, attendance monitoring, and related HR processes.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of relevant human resource experience.
- Good knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and workforce management tools will be an advantage.
