We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to join our Accra team. In this role, you will develop and manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored financial solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strong and long-term business relationships.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across Corporate Banking, Public Sector, and Multinational Companies (including Mining, Oil & Gas sectors).
- Structure tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and risk frameworks.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support credit proposals and informed decision-making.
- Prepare and manage end-to-end credit documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve new-to-bank acquisition targets and drive revenue growth across assigned portfolios.
- Maintain strong market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
- Build and expand a strong professional network to enhance business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and integrated banking solutions.
- Manage and mentor support staff, promoting best practices, technical knowledge transfer, and professional development.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and risk management in all client engagements.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- A Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Corporate Banking, with a strong track record of business development.
Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong expertise in Corporate Banking products and financial services.
- Deep understanding of financial analysis and credit structuring.
- Proven ability to structure solutions and manage complex banking documentation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in Public Sector and/or Multinational client segments.
- Industry knowledge in sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, and other key economic sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven success in new-to-bank sales and revenue generation.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and consultative engagement skills.
- High level of commercial drive, innovation, and achievement orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership ability with experience in managing and developing teams.
- High credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, and proactive mindset.
