Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new clients.
• Promote and sell life insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SHS Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
