We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.

Position Summary

The Property Sales Consultant will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to contract execution. The successful candidate will actively generate leads, engage prospective buyers, conduct property viewings, and close high-value real estate deals while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Deal Closing

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into active buyers.
  • Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Actively prospect through personal networks, referrals, outreach campaigns, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified buyers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Client Engagement & Property Tours

  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and show unit presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Provide professional consultations tailored to client needs and investment goals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all buyer enquiries across multiple channels.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
  • Submit weekly performance and activity reports to management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistent follow-up on all leads.

Brand Representation

  • Represent KRAFTHAUS and its clients with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Uphold the company’s brand standards in all client interactions.
  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or a similar high-value sales environment.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating a strong sales pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of prime and luxury property markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in-person, phone, and virtual).
  • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to follow-up and client management.
  • An existing network of buyers or investors will be a strong advantage.
