Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager – Corporate Sales Unit, you will:
- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on targets, pipelines, and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Represent the company at corporate events, meetings, and industry engagements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support the achievement of team sales objectives.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
- A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and planning abilities.
