We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term client relationships in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and business proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
