The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations & Maintenance Project Lead to oversee maintenance improvement initiatives, coordinate technical operations, and support project delivery across our manufacturing environment.

This full-time role is ideal for an experienced professional who understands industrial operations, asset reliability, maintenance systems, and project coordination. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that improve equipment performance, standardize processes, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As the Operations & Maintenance Project Lead, you will:

• Standardize maintenance processes, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate maintenance and technical activities between plant teams and group leadership.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programmes to improve asset reliability.
• Manage project trackers, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor and administer Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budgets and expenditure tracking.
• Improve critical spare parts management and optimize equipment availability.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards to monitor maintenance and project performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and achieve business objectives.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance planning, or technical project management.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, asset reliability, and operational excellence principles.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM will be an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI reporting tools.
• Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Strong project coordination and performance monitoring capabilities.
