Job Summary

The Digital Operations Officer will oversee and improve the organization’s digital operations by managing technology platforms, optimizing business processes, supporting system users, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure digital tools operate efficiently, data is accurately managed, and technology supports the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the organization’s digital platforms, operational systems, and technology solutions.
  • Monitor the performance, reliability, and efficiency of digital systems to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cloud-based platforms, CRM, ERP, and digital workflow systems.
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support informed business decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance, identify operational issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions.
  • Support user training and provide technical guidance to maximize effective use of digital tools and systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of digital processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies relating to data management, information security, and digital governance.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational performance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support the organization’s digital transformation and operational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital operations, information technology, systems administration, or process management.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and digital workflow tools.
  • Experience using data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital business processes and operational improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing technology-enabled business solutions will be an advantage.
