We are seeking a highly organized, commercially driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant + Quality Control & Sales Specialist to support executive operations, maintain product quality standards, and drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Role Summary

The Executive Assistant + Quality Control & Sales Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to leadership while overseeing quality control processes, supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering premium-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Administration & Operations Support

As the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide professional administrative and operational support to the executive team.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate business activities, projects, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and executive updates.
  • Maintain confidential records and business information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Quality Control & Production Monitoring

You will:

  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure Clatural’s standards are consistently maintained.
  • Conduct quality inspections on apparel, materials, and finished products.
  • Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain quality control records and production reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

You will:

  • Support sales activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies and relationship management.
  • Support digital marketing and social media activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to support business growth.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or Executive Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience in Executive Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Fashion Retail, Business Development, Quality Control, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within the fashion, apparel, retail, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
