Position Overview
As a National Service Personnel – Digital Marketing, you will support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and promote the organisation’s products and services. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to develop practical skills in digital marketing and communications.
Key Areas of Exposure and Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Support the management of the company’s social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish engaging content across digital channels.
- Monitor social media activity and respond to audience interactions where appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Content Creation
- Develop creative content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting, graphic design coordination, and multimedia content production.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support email marketing and online promotional activities.
- Help coordinate campaign schedules and marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide administrative support throughout campaign execution.
Brand Promotion
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand identity and market presence.
- Assist in promoting products, services, events, and corporate activities through digital platforms.
- Contribute to marketing projects that enhance customer awareness and engagement.
Online Community Engagement
- Monitor online conversations and engage with customers professionally.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries under the guidance of the Marketing team.
- Help build positive relationships with online audiences and stakeholders.
- Escalate customer concerns when necessary.
Marketing Analytics
- Assist in tracking digital marketing performance using available analytics tools.
- Compile reports on social media and campaign performance.
- Support the analysis of engagement metrics and marketing trends.
- Provide insights that contribute to improving future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled for or eligible to undertake National Service.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in digital marketing and brand communication.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content development abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of Google Workspace is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools is an added advantage.
