Job Summary

The Human Resources Support National Service Personnel will work closely with the HR team to support daily human resource operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, training coordination, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities by screening applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely data entry.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Support HR analytics, training assessments, and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute internal HR communications.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on HR-related topics.
  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
