Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable & Cost Intern will support the Finance team in managing revenue processes, monitoring customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with cost and revenue reporting. This role offers valuable exposure to accounting operations and financial controls while providing opportunities to develop practical skills in a dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support revenue recognition activities in line with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in coordinating order dispatch processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue recording.
  • Monitor customer payments and support the effective management of accounts receivable.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain sales invoices and other financial documentation.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate transaction discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting month-end financial activities.
  • Contribute to cost tracking, financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Support initiatives to improve revenue processes and strengthen internal financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and established accounting procedures.
  • Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of internal control principles and financial processes.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new accounting systems and business applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
