Position

National Service Personnel – Statistics & Data Analysis

Employment Type: Full-Time (National Service)


Role Overview

As a Statistics & Data Analysis National Service Personnel, you will support data collection, analysis, reporting, and business intelligence activities across the organization. You will work with teams to transform data into useful insights that support planning, operational improvements, and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Assist teams in interpreting data to support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate databases and records.
  • Support data management and documentation processes.
  • Assist with surveys, research activities, and data collection exercises.
  • Apply analytical tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments to address data-related needs.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

  • Have completed or be completing a relevant tertiary education programme.
