Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detailed-oriented Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure peak guest satisfaction, manage property staff, and maintain high standards across our two facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Manage daily front-desk, housekeeping, guest check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance activities.

Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and rapid resolution of issues to maintain excellent service ratings.

Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule daily personnel, ensuring staff adhere to hospitality best practices and service standards.

Facility Maintenance: Inspect guest rooms and common areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee supplies inventory (linen, toiletries, cleaning goods) and coordinate with external vendors and maintenance contractors.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager for at least 2 years.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with reservation management tools, basic Microsoft Office, or hotel software.

Excellent customer service mindset with acute attention to detail.

Must have degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
