Job Description

Designs and operates M&E systems aligned with donor frameworks (BMZ/EU/SECO); leads data collection and analysis; runs surveys and tracer studies; supports capacity‑building and knowledge management across partners; prepares results‑based reports.

Requirements:

  • University degree MA/MSc in M&E, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E roles, preferably in international development projects.
  • Proven experience with M&E and reporting frameworks for donor-funded projects (BMZ, EU and SECO experience highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Very good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office) and digital data collection and analysis tools (e.g. Kobo Toolbox, Power BI etc.).
  • Good understanding of project cycle management of development programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills, target orientation and ability to perform task without supervision.
  • Willingness to travel.
