Position Overview

Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, student mentorship, and academic leadership in their respective disciplines. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and academic instruction in assigned courses.
• Develop, review, and update course materials in line with academic standards.
• Conduct and publish research in reputable academic journals.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects.
• Assess student academic performance through fair and effective evaluation methods.
• Mentor and provide academic and professional guidance to students.
• Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
• Support the University’s academic mission through service and leadership.

Qualification & Experience

• Assistant Lecturer: Must hold an MPhil in Nursing, Midwifery, Physician Assistantship, or a related discipline.
• Lecturer: Must hold a PhD in the relevant discipline OR currently hold an academic rank (Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, or Professor) with a PhD.
• Applicants for Nursing and Midwifery must possess an active PIN from the relevant professional regulatory bodies.
• Must demonstrate significant teaching and research experience at a university or comparable institution.
• A strong record of academic publications will be an added advantage.
