Role Overview
PowerCare Ghana is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Officer to support the management of client accounts and ensure accurate, timely, and well-coordinated service delivery. The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships, manage account processes, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Process account updates, service requests, and related customer transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve account-related enquiries.
- Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain reports on account activities and customer interactions.
- Support continuous improvement of account management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data management systems.
