Role Overview

PowerCare Ghana is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Officer to support the management of client accounts and ensure accurate, timely, and well-coordinated service delivery. The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships, manage account processes, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer account records.
  • Process account updates, service requests, and related customer transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve account-related enquiries.
  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless account service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on account activities and customer interactions.
  • Support continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data management systems.
