About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in financial management and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate financial analysis, and driving efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
• Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance
• Assist in developing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or masters in Financial Accounting or related field
2. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICA, or equivalent)
3. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management accounting or related finance role
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
