Position Summary

Alt Solutions is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will actively maintain accurate records, assist with financial reporting, and ensure adherence to accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts

• Perform data entry and simple calculations using Microsoft Excel

• Prepare summaries, reconciliations, and basic financial reports

• Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with organizational procedures

• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities

• Assist with audits and financial documentation as required

• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records

• Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas, summaries)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good record-keeping and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication and teamwork skills
