Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance operations. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable processes efficiently, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and maintain strong internal controls.

The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.

• Verify supporting documentation and ensure proper authorization before payment processing.

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of funds.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Monitor outstanding payables and support cash flow management processes.

• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to improve financial workflow efficiency.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Experience with SAP or another major ERP system is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
