Role Overview

Skynet Express Gh is seeking an experienced and proactive Accra–Tema Metropolitan (ATMA) Coordinator to oversee and coordinate logistics, warehousing, and delivery operations within the Accra–Tema corridor. This role requires hands-on operational leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure seamless last-mile and hub operations across the metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics, warehousing, and delivery operations within the Accra–Tema Metropolitan area

• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely and efficient service execution

• Supervise field teams and support operational staff to meet performance targets

• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

• Prepare and submit daily and periodic operational reports

• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions

• Support route planning, resource allocation, and service optimization

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required

• Must be 35 years and above

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
