Role Summary

We are seeking an Accredited Sales Agent to actively promote and sell insurance products, build strong client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, confident, and passionate about helping clients secure their future through reliable insurance solutions.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and delivering excellent service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through field and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Explain insurance products clearly and guide clients in making informed decisions.
  • Process client applications and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Use digital tools and platforms to manage leads and customer data.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: WASSCE, Diploma, HND, or Degree.
  • Age requirement: 20 years and above.
  • Strong passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to use digital tools and mobile applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
