Job Summary

The Admin & Customer Service Executive actively supports daily office operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role ensures smooth administrative processes, timely communication, and a positive customer experience. The successful candidate contributes to a welcoming and organized work environment while supporting the company’s operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

The Admin & Customer Service Executive will:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly

  • Coordinate customer bookings, schedules, and service documentation

  • Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and reports

  • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone communications

  • Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting as required

  • Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment


Educational Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, or a related field

  • Proven experience in administration or customer service (experience in logistics or service industry is an advantage)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
