Job Summary
The Admin & Customer Service Executive actively supports daily office operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role ensures smooth administrative processes, timely communication, and a positive customer experience. The successful candidate contributes to a welcoming and organized work environment while supporting the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Admin & Customer Service Executive will:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
Coordinate customer bookings, schedules, and service documentation
Maintain accurate administrative records, files, and reports
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone communications
Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting as required
Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment
Educational Qualification & Requirements
Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, or a related field
Proven experience in administration or customer service (experience in logistics or service industry is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
