Role Overview
HR Leverage is seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin / Personal Assistant to provide executive support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will manage schedules, communications, and office operations while ensuring discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to executives
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally
Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion
Organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
Assist with reporting, document preparation, and general office administration
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years’ experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in administrative support
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
