Role Overview

HR Leverage is seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin / Personal Assistant to provide executive support and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will manage schedules, communications, and office operations while ensuring discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to executives

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally

  • Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency

  • Assist with reporting, document preparation, and general office administration

  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in administrative support

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
