Position Summary
GlobalMedic seeks a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior executives and ensure the smooth coordination of administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism within the organization.
This is a full-time position based in Kasoa, Winneba, or Cape Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper documentation.
Support internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with general office management and operational support as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing administrative support, preferably supporting senior executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
