Position: Administrator (Bilingual – French & English)
Location: Accra, Ghana | Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Prepare, translate, and manage correspondence and documents in English and French.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Support report and presentation preparation.
- Assist with daily operational and management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
