Ernst & Young is seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Contactor that will assist audit teams by leveraging data analytics to provide insights and support audit engagements across various industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with audit team to extract, transform and load (ETL) client data for audit purposes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing processes
• Use SQL and other data analytics tools to analyze clients datasets and generate insights that meet audit requirements
• Develop queries and scripts to automate data extraction and reporting
• Assist in creating dashboards or visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting with strong IT interest or related field.
• Expected CGPA of a Second Class Upper and above.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and audit support.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is a requirement.
• A relevant certificate in Data/ Business Analytics will be an added advantage.
• An associate of ISACA/ICAG/ACCA or a high motivation and drive to purse professional qualification and career in IT.
• Audit/data analytics/accounting/finance will be an added advantage.
• High motivation to learn and apply data analytics in audit contexts
