Auto Sprayer – Full Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Sprayer to join our team at the Dzorwulu branch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive spray painting and bodywork, preferably within an assembly plant setting. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spray painting on vehicle bodies and parts, ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Maintain and operate painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and correct any imperfections.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• WASSCE certificate required.
• Trade Test Certificate (NVTI) in Auto Painting and Bodywork is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in automotive spray painting, preferably in an assembly plant.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
