Role Overview:
The B2B Field Sales Associate will identify prospective business clients, present solutions, and onboard customers through consistent field engagement. The role offers a structured schedule, competitive compensation, and long-term earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage business owners and decision-makers through field visits and direct outreach.

• Present products or services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Collect customer payments in line with company procedures.

• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular field activity updates.

• Represent the brand professionally at all times in appearance and conduct.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must reside in Ga West or nearby areas.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• Proficient in using a smartphone and WhatsApp for communication and reporting.

• Fluent in English and at least one local language.

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base pay.

• Monthly travel allowance.

• 10% commission on customer cash received.

• Commission paid for up to 12 months per customer.
